Monday afternoon Lilly asked me to teach her to tie. She made several attempts, but gave up in frustration when she couldn't quite get it. Yesterday, she wanted to try again and got it on her first try! She's done really well and now gets it almost 100% of the time she tries! We're so proud of her, and she's so proud of herself! (Of course, Alayna wanted to know when she learned how to tie and she was about 4 1/2 as well)
Our Life with 3 Daughters...and lots of animals, plenty of frustration, and tons of love.

That is great! She made such a pretty bow! That is certainly not an easy skill to master.
How in the world did you teach this? Maggie really wants to learn, but every time I try explaining it, I just confuse her even more! :) Way to go, Lilly!
